How does the cbdMD Affiliate Program work?

You can apply for the program with cbdMD online. After your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a special tracking link and coupon code. When you refer people to purchase on www.cbdMD.com using your link, you will receive a 20% commission.

Do I need a website/blog to participate in the Affiliate Program?

No, not at all. You can share about cbdMD anywhere you go. Share your experiences with cbdMD on your Instagram, at the gym, or just striking up a conversation with a random stranger. Be sure to provide all the details of where you’re most likely to share about cbdMD in your application!

I applied to the program, when will I be approved?

Your interest is important to us. We have a large volume of applications to review, but we promise to get back to you as soon as possible.

Where do I get my tracking link?

Once you’re accepted, login to the Impact affiliate dashboard. There, you’ll find your custom tracking link to our site on the right-hand side of the page. We also provide you the option to create specific tracking links to product pages.

Where do I get my Creatives?

At the top of your Impact dashboard, you will see a drop-down option labeled “Ads.” Here you will find the option to view ads & links, product catalogs, promo codes, vanity links, and the ability to put in a request for a specific ad.

Does a customer need to both click on my link and use my coupon code for me to receive credit?

No. As long as customers use the special tracking link, you will receive a commission credit!

How do I track my sales and what I’ve earned?

Your Impact dashboard will show you a “snapshot” of your current marketing performance. You can find detailed financial information on the top right corner of your dashboard.

When do I get paid?

Because we offer a money-back guarantee, there is a 60-day period before your affiliate commission will appear in your main account balance. If your referrals don’t request a refund within 60 days, you’ll receive your commission from the sale.

Can I have merchandise instead of commission?

What is my responsibility as an affiliate?

Your responsibility as an affiliate is to be a good brand ambassador who positively promotes and supports cbdMD products.

How old do I have to be?

Can I be an Affiliate if I am not in the U.S.?

Absolutely! Affiliates from all countries are welcome, but currently, we only ship within the United States, so your audience would need to be in the US!

If I send someone to www.cbdMD.com through my link and they do not purchase right away, but come back and purchase later, will I still receive credit?

If they come back within 90 days, you will receive commission credit.

Can I be in a competitor’s affiliate program as well as yours?
